Any product (except tobacco) that is shipped can be returned
for a credit or product within 30 days of the day the order was shipped – if it
has not been used. Additionally, shipping charges are never refundable
because they are paid directly to UPS and we do not make any money from it. We do
not accept any returned product that has been used - no matter what!!
Additionally, we do not accept any returned tobacco. It is not legal for us to
do so and any tobacco that is returned will not be refunded.
Replacements
A request for replacement has to be reported within
three business days of when the order was delivered. Claims submitted after 5
business days are subject to be denied. However, please always submit any
request for replacement to us even if it is after the designated time.
All issues must be reported to customerservice@exotichookahpipes.com before any steps are taken for returns. We take every issue/request seriously and will do everything in our power to ensure customer satisfaction.
